Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Prime: Legends Arena (“Prime”), an iPhone and iPad game published by Ramazan Begen (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing Prime you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

The game

Prime is a football management game. You collect athlete cards, build a squad, train it, set tactics and play matches against artificial opponents and against other players. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Prime on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Prime, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use bots, modified clients, packet manipulation, or any other means to gain an advantage in online play, and you may not attempt to disrupt our servers or another player’s game.

Your account and your player ID

Prime identifies you by a random ID generated on your device. You may optionally create an account with an email address to sync your progress across devices. Without an account there is no password and no way for us to restore your progress if you delete the app, lose the device, or wipe it — please treat your progress accordingly.

The display name you choose is shown to other players. Do not choose a name that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else. We may remove a display name that breaks this rule, and we may block a player ID from online play for repeated or serious breaches.

Cards, coins, and packs

Coins, cards, packs and every other in-game item are a licence to use a feature of the game. They are not property, they have no monetary value, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they cannot be transferred outside Prime. They may be changed, rebalanced or discontinued as the game develops. If Prime is discontinued, they cease to exist and are not refundable.

Card packs contain a randomly-selected set of cards. The odds of each rarity are published in the app before you open a pack, and they do not change based on who you are, what you have already opened, or what you have spent.

Prime Premium (subscription)

Prime Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, offered monthly or yearly.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Sale, not by us.

Premium includes every season's paid reward track, a monthly coin stipend and a monthly Premium Pack. It grants no exclusive cards: everything a member can obtain is also available to a non-member, so a subscription never decides a match.

Speaking your tactics

Prime can turn a spoken or typed instruction into a game plan. The instruction is processed by a third-party language model. Do not speak or type anything you would not want processed by a third party — personal information, credentials, or anyone else’s private details. What we do with that text is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The feature is imperfect. It will sometimes misunderstand you, and it will tell you plainly when it cannot express something you asked for. It is a convenience, not a guarantee of a result.

Availability

Online play, leaderboards, account sync and the tactic classifier need our servers, and those servers may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Prime’s single-player match, training, card game and local Wi-Fi play work offline. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

Changes to the game and to these terms

We may add, change or remove features, rebalance the game, and adjust these terms. When we change these terms materially we will update the date at the top of this page and describe the change in the App Store release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimer and liability

Prime is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost in-game items, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Prime. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Any claim that Prime fails to conform to a warranty is directed to us, not Apple.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.
