Privacy Policy
Prime: Legends Arena · Last updated 8 July 2026
Prime: Legends Arena (“Prime”, “we”) is a football management game for iPhone and iPad, published by Ramazan Begen. This policy explains exactly what leaves your device, where it goes, and how long it stays there. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. Prime shows no advertising, contains no analytics, attribution or tracking SDK, and never asks for the advertising identifier. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not link it to anything you do in other companies’ apps or websites. We do not know your name, phone number or location. If you create an account, we know the email address you signed up with — nothing more.
What we collect, and why
| Data | Why | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| A random player ID — a UUID created the first time you open Prime. It is not Apple’s advertising identifier and not the identifier for vendor. It is not derived from your device or your Apple Account. | To tell one squad from another in online play and on the leaderboard. | On your device, and on our server alongside anything you publish. |
| An email address, only if you choose to create an account. | To sync your collection across your devices and let you sign back in. Playing as a guest needs no account and no email. | Our authentication provider (Supabase). |
| The display name you choose. | So opponents see who they played. Choose a nickname if you would rather not be identifiable — nothing checks it. | Our server. |
| Gameplay data — your squad, formation, tactics, training levels, coins and match results. | Asynchronous player-versus-player, and cross-device sync for signed-in players. | Our server. |
| The tactic or drill you speak or type, as text. | To work out what you meant and turn it into a game plan. See the next section. | Sent to our server and to a language-model provider. Stored only as described below. |
We do not collect contacts, photos, health or fitness data, location, browsing or search history, or crash and performance diagnostics.
Speaking your tactics
When you tap the microphone in Prime and speak, three separate things happen.
- Your voice is transcribed by Apple. Prime uses Apple’s Speech framework. Depending on your device, language and settings, the audio may be sent to Apple’s servers to be turned into text — Apple’s processing, governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Prime never receives, stores or uploads the audio recording itself.
- The resulting text is sent to Prime’s server, together with your random player ID, your language, and the game plan currently in force.
- Prime’s server asks a language model what you meant. The text is sent to our language-model provider to be mapped onto tactics the match engine can run. They process it as our data processor under their API terms and, per those terms, do not use API content to train their models.
What we keep. By default the text of your instruction is not stored. We keep a short record of every classification — your random player ID, your language, whether it was a tactic or a drill, the name the model gave the plan, and how confident it was — so we can tell whether the feature works.
There is exactly one exception. When you ask for something the match engine cannot do — a corner routine, man-marking, an offside trap — we store the text of that instruction alongside a label for the missing feature. That is the only way we learn which mechanic to build next. If you would rather this never happened, type your tactics instead of speaking them; or write to us and we will delete what is linked to your player ID.
Who else sees it
- Supabase hosts our database, authentication and server code, in the United
States (
us-east-1). They process the data on our instructions. - Our language-model provider receives the text of a spoken or typed instruction, as described above. It receives no player ID, no display name, and no gameplay data.
- Resend delivers our account emails (confirmation, password reset). It sees only the address the email is sent to.
- Apple may receive audio for speech recognition, and handles any purchase you make. We never see your payment details.
Our hosting provider records the IP address of requests to our server, as any web server does, for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not join them to your gameplay data.
Playing on the same Wi-Fi
Prime can play a match against someone on your local network without the internet. In that mode the two devices talk directly to each other. Nothing goes to our server.
How long we keep it
- Gameplay data stays while your player ID or account is active, so your squad and record survive between sessions.
- Classification records are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
- Stored instruction text (the exception above) is kept for 24 months, then deleted.
- Deleting Prime destroys the random player ID on your device. If you had no account, the rows already on our server are then no longer connected to any device.
Your choices
- Play as a guest. No account, no email — your game lives on the device.
- Do not speak. Every voice feature has a typed equivalent, and every drill and tactic can be chosen from a list.
- Revoke the microphone at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Prime keeps working.
- Ask us to delete your data. Email us your player ID — Prime shows it in Settings — or your account email, and we will delete everything linked to it.
Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA). We will honour any such request. We do not sell personal information, and we have never done so.
Children
Prime is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change ships in the app. Material changes will also be described in the App Store release notes.
